You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The Million Dollar Solution (MDS) and Bite Sized Books (BSB) owns the copyright to all AMP content.
- This area-exclusive license is in effect for your business only and may not be resold, assigned, or transferred to any other individual or entity.
- This area-exclusive license covers a 15-mile radius for up to two practice locations. There is an additional license fee for any practice locations you want to secure beyond the first two locations.
- Licensee will provide necessary finalized and approved content for the specific book customization
areas. Only these specific areas of each book are customizable by default. If you decide to customize text in other areas of the books, you must provide us with the final, edited text. You will be charged $125/hour for us to complete this work. - This program includes up to two rounds of edits per book prior to final design. Any additional editing or design time will be billed at $125/hour with a one-hour minimum per round of changes. This
includes any changes made after approval. - Licensee is responsible for ensuring all book content is state-specific as required.
- Licensee is responsible for final and timely written approval before any printing can proceed.
- Printed books may not be sold through any online reseller (e.g. Amazon.com, ebay.com).
- Licensee is solely and fully responsible for any and all liability that may arise from these publications and use of the furnished content, and Licensee specifically releases and holds harmless MDS and BSB and its principals and any affiliated or associated companies or individuals from any/all such liability.
- This license can be revoked by MDS if Licensee breaches this Agreement.
- These licenses are automatically renewed each month unless cancelled in writing with 25-days notice prior to next billing. There are no refunds for any monthly charges. If you decide to cancel the AMP program license, you must immediately cease using any and all AMP program content.
- Due to the nature of this program, there is no program refund after Licensee initiates their book creation process or after seven (7) days from Agreement. Licensee may request a refund of the first setup fee payment (less 15% processing fee) if requested, in writing, within seven (7) days of Agreement.
- The Perfect Book Funnel includes covers “normal and expected” email and text messaging amounts for this program. In the event you exceed this normal usage, additional fees may apply.
- Due to the nature of the services provided, we cannot make any performance or results-oriented guarantees. The Perfect Book Funnel uses a third-party platform to build its systems, automation, and funnels and cannot guarantee any reliability as a result. We will work directly with third-party on your behalf should there be any connectivity issues to the main software system.
- All AMP-related credit card billings will appear as MIKECAPUZZI.COM on your monthly statement.
